Val and I had a great time seeing my niece Colleen and meeting her fine new husband, Mike, first at Our Lady of the Blessed Sacrament Church in Depew for a memorial Mass for my father Edward and brother (her dad) Brian, and then for dinner and ice cream at Friendly's.

I didn't know they'd be able to go to the memorial Mass; that's perfect timing. And mmmmm ... ice cream at Friendly's.
