Bryant Street Activity

There is renewed activity and apparent new ownership or operators at the business site formerly slated to be the Bryant Street Cake Company on Bryant Street near Elmwood Avenue.
Over the last several weeks, the old signs and decals for the Bryant Street Cake Company have been removed; painting, floor work, lighting and ceiling renovation has been performed and now there are covers on the windows, so I can no longer see inside to report back what else is happening, but there remains a steady flow of people going in and out to perform some kind of work.
I will try to find out more about this and report back with anything new, and I really hope that this effort is successful in opening a new business in our always busy Elmwood Village neighborhood.
