A Cooling Down Period

It was noticeably cooler here in Buffalo yesterday, from a bit at the start of the day to much more apparently so by the time I got home from work, walked Walker Evans in a light rain and then cooked out with Val.
In a sense, we expected it to rain and be cooler, because we planned to cook out for dinner last night; fortunately, the light rain stopped and the cool weather and wind still weren't enough to drive us indoors. We enjoyed some chicken sausage from Lorigo's The Meating Place on Grant Street, which made the effort that much more worthwhile.
But back to indoor dinner cooking tonight.
