Up Your Nose With a ... Netti Pot?

Val has been using the netti pot every day since she bought it at the Lexington Co-Op Sunday, and she says she is feeling better from the water going in one nostril and out the other.
My main coincern and one that she had was the comfort level, and it appears that the pain and discomfort of running water through your sinuses is not as bad as was anticipated. I just hope she feels better soon.
