Music Is Art Festival 2008 Set September 13
It's back in the city, folks; the Music Is Art Festival 2008 is scheduled for 11 a.m.-11 p.m. Saturday, September 13, at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, 1285 Elmwood Avenue in Buffalo.
The local music shindig, the mastermind of Robbie Takac (Goo Goo Dolls, Good Charamel Records) was held for several years at the same time and in the same neighborhood as the Allentown Arts Festival, until some, er, misguided organizers made it almost impossible to co-exist with. The Festival moved to the Hamburg Fairgrounds for a year but will return to Buffalo this year.
