Veterans Day

On behalf of Val and me, proud children of veterans, we wish a restive, reflective Veterans Day to all veterans, past and present, and hope that their tours of duty end safe and happily at home.
Val is the daughter of the late Edward Patrick Dunne, a U.S. Navy Korean War veteran, and I am the son of Edward William Hosey, a U.S. Army Korean War veteran, and we both dearly miss our fathers and appreciate the service they and all veterans have given to our country.
I also directly work with at least five veterans, including two from the Vietnam War and one from the Persian Gulf War, and see their modesty and humanity every day.
