Restaurant Replacement

On my way to the Memorial Day Parade in Kenmore (ah, politics) today, as I drove down Elmwood Avenue in the village I checked to see what was happening at the old Apple Dumpling Restaurant; it has been closed since our friend, owner and cook Sharon Modica died last year.
Yes, something did happen; there is a new restaurant open at the same Elmwood Avenue location, one called the Cozy Nook Restaurant. If /when I hear more about it, I will let you know.
